Slaves, Alabama Shakes and Django Django are just three of the 150 acts to have been announced for this year’s Great Escape festival in Brighton.

“We are very happy to return to Brighton for The Great Escape,” Alabama Shakes have remarked. “We had a blast last time. We just finished our new record and very excited to share it with the TGE audience.”

Great Escape will take place at 35 different venues across Brighton between May 14th-16th. “The Great Escape is extremely proud to champion emerging talent and creativity across the entire music industry,” festival director Kat Morris states.

“For the past decade, TGE has given upcoming artists the opportunity to perform for 18,000 passionate fans each year who are all hugely supportive of new music. To mark this very special 10th anniversary, we are excited to be bringing back some very special guests who have all performed iconic and memorable shows in previous years to play alongside 400 of 2015s hottest emerging artists from across the world.”
