With his second solo album of the year coming up on November 3rd, Neil Young has released the artwork (pic) and tracklist for ‘Storytone‘.

The LP was led off with the politically charged ‘Who’s Gonna Stand Up?‘ last month, of which Young said: “This is how I feel about what is going on in OUR world. You can learn here.”

“I’m giving you permission to please use this music in videos, clips and communications, or in any way you see fit during this critical time. I hope this music can assist you in the important work we do to reach out for understanding and action in the world.”

A 92-piece orchestra was enlisted for the album which follows ‘A Letter Home‘, recorded at Jack White’s Third Man Records stronghold in Nashville and released last April.

‘Storytone’ tracklist:

‘Plastic Flowers’

‘Glimmer’
‘Say Hello To Chicago’
‘Tumbleweed’
