Morrissey‘s 1994 fourth solo album ‘Vauxhall and I‘ has had its re-release details confirmed.

The LP’s 20th anniversary is being recognised with a new 2-CD package – the second disc carries a 14-track live album recorded at London’s Theatre Royal on February 26th, 1995.

The re-release will be followed soon by a brand new studio album, after Morrissey finally signed a record deal with the US-based Harvest Records after years of being homeless.

“Morrissey is clearly one of music’s most important and influential artists,” Capitol Music Group Chairman and CEO Steve Barnett has said. “He is the rare soul who has stayed consistently true to his artistic vision and ethical principles since he first exploded onto the scene in the 1980s. We are so happy that he has chosen Capitol Music Group as his home and that his forthcoming album on Harvest will bring new Morrissey music to the world.”

The album is likely to be heard during a US tour starting later this year.
