Jake Bugg has joined the party for next month’s Record Store Day, and will release a live four-track EP on April 19th.

Recorded in Seattle on January 20th this year, the EP comprises a mix of songs taken from his self-titled debut album and the ‘Shangri La‘ follow-up, namely ‘There’s a Beast and We All Feed It‘, ‘Trouble Town‘, ‘Lightning Bolt
and ‘Storm Passes Away‘.

Live At Silver Platters, Seattle‘ adds to an ever-growing list of special releases for the annual initiative, which has been helping no end to boost interest in the traditional vinyl format, and to support independent music outlets, since it was first launched back in 2008.

David Lynch is another artist to have outlined his plans for Record Store Day, and will put out a remix EP featuring tracks from his 2013 album ‘The Big Dream‘ which have been given a new lick of paint by Moby, Bastille and Bjorn Yttling of Peter Bjorn and John fame.
