The Vaccines Justin Young and Winston Marshall of Mumford & Sons will team up tomorrow (October 26th) for six gigs across one evening in Nashville.

The pair have called on the services of Jake Orrall of JEFF the Brotherhood, Apache Relay‘s Mike Harris and Gill Landry of Old Crow Medicine Show to form the new band Salvador Dali Parton.

Their six shows start at 6.45pm at the High Watt venue, and continue on at The Exit/In, The Stone Fox, The Springwater and the Coyote Ranch House before a final gig at an as-yet-unconfirmed venue. According to reports, songs were being written yesterday for the venture, which is to result in a live album.

The Vaccines and Mumford & Sons have become regular collaborators this year; last weekend, Marshall was onstage with Vaccines guitarist Freddie Cowan for the Jon Brookes benefit concert, while Young and Mumford & Sons frontman Marcus Mumford teamed up in September to record a series of covers for the online Daytrotter series.
