Two sides of Slow Club will be explored in quick succession on a winter tour of the UK which opens up at Sheffield’s St George’s Chapel on November 23rd.
The November shows will see Charles Watson and Rebecca Taylor performing in their familiar two-piece form, before the December leg welcomes a fully fledged touring band which is to expand the duo out into their newer five-piece design.
“Earlier in the year we played a couple of shows like we used to, with a couple of guitars and keyboard,” Watson explains. “I was pretty terrified at the thought of not having a full band with us but it turned out to be amazing. I’m really excited to play these new songs in beautiful venues we have never been to.”
