Los Campesinos! have ironed out the details of their fifth album after offering fans snippets of news via Twitter during the past week or so.
The Cardiff-based collective will release ‘No Blues‘ on October 29th following sessions at the Bryn Derwen studios in Bangor, North Wales. They have celebrated the news by uploading ‘What Death Leaves Behind‘ to Soundcloud (below) as a free download.
Since the release of ‘Hello Sadness‘ in 2011, the band’s line-up has shifted once again with the departure of bass player Ellen, this after previous violinist Harriet left just before their fourth record’s release. ‘Hello Sadness’ received a warm response from critics, and was nominated for the 2012 edition of the Welsh Music Prize.
