The Polyphonic Spree will issue their new album in August after its release was delayed for several months, the band have confirmed.
‘Yes, It’s True‘ will be out on August 5th, and has been produced by band leader Tim DeLaughter, as well as Julie Doyle. PJ Harvey cohort Eric Drew Feldman and Tim Palmer have also contributed to the record’s final cut. Opener ‘You Don’t Know Me‘ is available to preview over at Soundcloud (below).
The LP’s release is sandwiched between two UK live commitments for the band – on August 4th at Camp Bestival and August 6th at the Village Underground in London. An appearance at Bestival on the Isle Of Wight is also booked in September.
