Bob Dylan will release the tenth volume of his Bootleg series next month.
‘Another Self Portrait (1969-1971)‘ is the latest comprehensive addition to the series, and compiles over 35 rare, unreleased and alternate tracks on the 2-disc and deluxe 4-disc editions. It will be released on August 26th.
Largely covered are the sessions which resulted in the twin 1970 studio albums ‘Self Portrait‘ and ‘New Morning‘, while the expanded version will also take in Dylan’s legendary performance at the 1969 Isle Of Wight festival.
