Temples have outlined a series of tour dates for 2013 which will see them out on the road in support of the likes of Kasabian, The Vaccines and Suede.

The emerging band, who released their debut single ‘Shelter Song‘ in September last year, have gigs backing Kasabian at the Doncaster Dome and Plymouth Pavilions booked for March 19th and 20th, and then support Suede on March 28th and 30th in Nottingham and London respectively.

Dates with The Vaccines are booked for April and May, while details of summer festival appearances have also been confirmed.

‘Shelter Song’ was named as one of Live4ever’s essential tracks of 2012 after being described in our review as: “Falling into the classic old-fashioned psychedelia genre, all narcotic guitar rushes, kaleidoscopic colours and existence-questioning inner space harmonies.”

“It’s certainly an onslaught to the senses that apes certain mind and perception altering substances; such is the fluidity and malleability of the cacophonous melodies within the track.
