Dave Grohl‘s Sound City Players made their UK debut in London last night 24 hours after the new documentary they have been formed to promote also received its British premiere.
Dave Grohl had been in London on February 18th to partake in a Q&A session following his Sound City Studios documentary airing, and moved on to the Forum a day a later when he was joined onstage by former Nirvana bandmate Krist Novoselic as well as a host of other Sound City luminaries including Rick Springfield and Cheap Trick guitarist Rick Nielsen.
The collective have already performed a number of shows in the US, when the likes of John Fogerty and Stevie Nicks played their part.
