The Jim Jones Revue have confirmed the first single to be taken from their new ‘The Savage Heart‘ album will be released on October 1st.
‘It’s Gotta Be About Me‘ is streaming via Soundcloud below, and will open the band’s forthcoming third studio LP, which follows the single’s release on October 15th. ‘The Savage Heart’ is to be issued through Play It Again Sam/Punk Rock Blues, and was recorded with Nick Cave cohort Jim Sclavunos and mixed by Jim Abbiss.
The record will be showcased during an an October tour of Britain, beginning at the Clwb Ifor Bach in Cardiff on the 8th, with a final show at the London Electric Ballroom following on October 25th.
