Liam Gallagher has said he feels himself and brother Noel ‘need to get the party started again’ after admitting he finds the world ‘boring’ since the pair parted ways following Oasis‘ messy split three years ago this month.

Liam was speaking to The Telegraph newspaper as his fashion range Pretty Green launches a new collection, and said that while he is still unable to communicate with his older brother, he feels the world is in need of some more Oasis mayhem.

“I can’t talk to him, but I’ve never hated him” he told the paper. “He’s doing his thing and I’ll do mine. But I did enjoy our little spats – since we called a truce the world’s just boring. It’s been hell. We need to get the party started again!”

The siblings were both in Japan last weekend for the Fuji Rock festival, with Beady Eye performing immediately before The Stone Roses on the event’s opening night, while Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds headlined the main Green Stage the following day.
