Ozzy Osbourne is set to host his own radio show in the US, reports today suggest.
Contact Music claims Ozzy will front the programme Ozzy’s Boneyard on the US radio station SiriusXM, which will launch later this year. The show will give Ozzy the platform to air is favourite metal and classic rock artists, as well as sharing stories from his eventful life in music.
“After everything I’ve been through in my career I never imagined I’d end up with my own radio channel on SiriusXM,” he is quoted as saying. “This is ******* amazing! Does this mean I can play whatever I want?”
Earlier this month, Ozzy Osbourne became a part of the current popular trend for band reunions when, along with fellow original members Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward, he confirmed the return of Black Sabbath, initially as headliners for the 2012 Download festival, with a world tour due to follow there after.
