Claudia Deheza, one half of School Of Seven Bells’ identical twin sisters, has announced her departure from the band via Facebook, citing ‘personal reasons’ for her decision.

Not long after using Facebook to inform fans work on their second album had all but finished, Fleet Foxes frontman Robin Pecknold has returned to the site today to do a spot of backtracking, and has said the new record actually ‘still has a ways to go’.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers Release ‘Damn The Torpedos’ Deluxe Edition

One of the greatest albums in rock history gets even better with the November 9 release on Backstreet/Geffen/UMe of the expanded and remastered Deluxe Edition of Damn The Torpedoes from Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. The Deluxe Edition release will be available with a choice of four formats (1) on two-CDs, (2) on one audiophile quality Blu-ray disc, (3) on 2 180-gram vinyl LPs and (4) as an iTunes LP.
