Mercury Rev will continue their Deserter’s Songs anniversary tour in December.
The band have been touring their fondly remembered 1998 album since mid-April, and they’ll now head back to the UK in December for more shows in Cardiff, Portsmouth, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester and London.

Everything Everything are leading the announcement for this year’s Neighbourhood Festival.
The event will take place at various venues across Manchester on October 6th; among the others confirmed on the line-up are Sundara Karma, Temples, Swim Deep, Clean Cut Kid, Teleman, Spector, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly and Asylums.

Two homecoming concerts have been announced by Morrissey for July.
The Smiths singer will return to Manchester on July 7th and 8th, playing shows in support of his latest solo album Low In High-School at the Castlefield Bowl.

Echo & The Bunnymen have issued the first track from their The Stars, The Oceans And The Moon album whilst detailing some October UK tour dates.
The LP is due out on October 5th and will feature reinterpretations of thirteen tracks from the band’s back catalogue, recorded at Dog House Studios with co-producer Andy Wright. The first pick is Seven Seas, originally on their fourth studio album Ocean Rain.

The APE Presents… day which will be headlined by Catfish & The Bottlemen has had more artists added to it.
Joining Blossoms, The Amazons, Frank Carter and more previously confirmed supports for June 1st are Spring King, The Magic Gang, Girli, Sweaty Palms and plenty more for the day which is set to kick-off the second weekend of the inaugural All Points East event. “This is gonna be a massive night,” Catfish frontman Van McCann has said.

Jack White has added some more UK dates to his 2018 world tour.
With only a brief three-night stay at the Hammersmith Apollo next month amounting to his British dates, that’s been corrected with visits to Brighton, Birmingham, Hull, Liverpool and Edinburgh now arranged for October.
