Opus Kink by Joe Gollifer
Opus Kink confirm the details of their first studio record.
Opus Kink‘s debut album The Sweet Goodbye has been set for a summer release on July 31st via So Recordings.
Out with news of a UK and European tour for later this year, the album’s announcement has come with lead single Come Over Do Me Wrong which was premiered on Steve Lamacq’s 6 Music show.
“Half of any good thing is its proximity to its end; half of any good thing is the reason it cannot be yours,” Angus Rogers has said of it.
Come Over Do Me Wrong is a song about the hallucinogenic qualities of a doomed love affair and its toxic allure, the mad philosophical leap of, ‘I don’t care what you do as long as you do it to me’.
