FLORENCE & THE MACHINE
Enigmatic singer Florence Welch and her band have announced their biggest UK headline gig of their career to date. They will play Cardiff’s Coopers Field on June 10th. Tickets are available from the link below.
EIGHTIES MATCHBOX B-LINE DISASTER
Brighton rockers Eighties Matchbox have announced details of a large UK tour in support of their upcoming new album ‘Blood and Fire‘. They will begin in Cambridge on April 2, and will tour through May before finishing in London on June 3rd.

Other Selected Events
The Kinks legend Ray Davies has been added to the bill at this year’s one-day Hop Farm festival, which will be headlined by Bob Dylan on July 3rd. Mercury-nominated band The Magic Numbers have also joined the line-up.
No doubt where the big tour news was this week as the Reading/Leeds Festival announced it’s headliners and also confirmed the reformation of The Libertines. Arcade Fire will top the bill along with Guns n Roses and Blink-182, and will be joined by the likes of Modest Mouse, Queens Of The Stone Age and The Cribs.
Tickets remain available for two of The Black Keys’ upcoming UK dates. They will play Birmingham’s O2 Academy on July 5th and Manchester Uni on July 6th.
The 2010 Dot To Dot festival will take place in Bristol, Nottingham and Manchester over the May Bank Holiday weekend. Confirmed so far are Mystery Jets, Ellie Goulding, Wild Beasts, Los Campesinos! and many more.
