James‘ track Better Than That – taken from the recent EP of the same name and which will feature on their forthcoming Living In Extraordinary Times album – is at number one on the UK Vinyl Singles Chart.
From there, Noel Gallagher singles dominate with It’s A Beautiful World still holding a high spot, while its follow-up She Taught Me How To Fly is a new entry at #12, and Holy Mountain and The Dying Of The Light re-enter at #11 and #20 respectively.
Reflecting the surge in popularity of the traditional format, dedicated vinyl album and singles charts were launched by the Official Charts Company in 2016 with the singles chart compiled from sales of 7″ and 12″ records.
