Foals were at the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge yesterday (October 29th) to put their hyper-charged take on Florence & The Machine‘s ‘What Kind Of Man‘.
The band also aired their own ‘What Went Down‘ album title-track as they fulfilled a booking which had be to postponed in September along with a number of other live commitments as frontman Yannis Philippakis battled throat problems.
“Less of a gamble so much as a calculated risk, it bears all the hallmarks of a band at ease with itself and radiates an inner confidence – one which Foals collectively might be the first to admit they haven’t always felt in the past,” our ‘What Went Down’ review reads.
