Coldplay will be joined by rap superstar Jay-Z during their performance at the London Paralympic Games’ closing ceremony, according to the Daily Mirror newspaper.
Recent rumours have already claimed the British band are planning to air their single ‘Princess Of China‘ with popstar Rihanna – who guested on the studio version of the track – and now the latest tabloid reports today are linking Jay-Z with a guest-spot at the ceremony, which will take place inside London’s Olympic Stadium on Sunday evening (September 9th).
“They are putting together a spectacular setlist – one likely to include a duet,” a ‘source’ has apparently told the paper. “It’s going to be one hell of a show, and fans of both artists will be clamouring for tickets.”
“The Paralympics has exceeded all expectation and, like the rest of the world, Jay-Z has been blown away by bravery and athleticism. This will be a concert like no other, and a fantastic end to what has been the most successful Paralympics ever.”
