London Grammar are persevering with their best Morrissey impression and have cancelled more live shows, this time in North America.
Since July, the trio have pulled festival appearances and Australian gigs, citing ‘vocal fatigue’ and other unspecified illnesses; they’ve now withdrawn from a visit to North America which had been due to start this month, and instead hope to be back during the first part of next year.
“Due to unavoidable scheduling conflicts, it is with great regret that we have had to postpone our tour dates in November,” a short Facebook statement reads. “We apologize to all of our fans for any inconvenience caused and look forward to seeing you in January and February 2015 for what we hope will be a very special tour.”
London Grammar’s debut album ‘If You Wait‘ entered the UK’s Top 10 upon its release just over a year ago and has pretty much remained there or thereabouts ever since.
