Alt-J have premiered two Oliver Groulx-directed videos for their recent single ‘Every Other Freckle‘, one following the fortunes of a boy and the other girl. You can check out the first at the end of this article and the second via this link.
The Mercury-winning band release ‘This Is All Yours‘, the follow-up to their 2012 debut ‘An Awesome Wave‘, later this month and have been steadily showcasing parts of the record during recent weeks. Of the track in question here, Gus Unger-Hamilton has previously told Zane Lowe:
“We pretty much learned from the reaction of the first record that we could get away with whatever we wanted musically. That’s really represented well by the three songs we’ve released so far.”
Alt-J have also recently announced an ambitious gig at the 20,000 capacity O2 Arena in London for January 24th, while a tour of the UK and Ireland this month will take in shows at the Glasgow O2 Academy, Manchester Apollo, Wolverhampton Civic Hall, Brighton Centre, London Alexandra Palace and the Dublin O2 Arena.
