Franz Ferdinand have added three more UK dates to an already busy 2018.
In strong support of their recent Always Ascending album, the band’s new line-up will play the Victoria House in Manchester on September 22nd before embarking on two nights at the Roundhouse in London between September 26th-27th.
Live4ever commented that, ‘Change for its own sake is rarely a good idea, and the instances where this leads to good results can be counted on the fingers of even fewer hands’, when signing our Always Ascending review off.
“Always Ascending is no buffer record, but the sound of a new band coming to terms with its past as opposed to being slaves to it, or merely tossing their own legacy away in a fit of pique. The results could leave it stranded between old fans and new, but if any outfit were built to relish the tensions caused by that it’s Franz Ferdinand.”
