Primal Scream have three special releases planned for the 30th anniversary of Screamadelica.

A celebration of Screamadelica wouldn’t be a celebration without Andrew Weatherall front and centre – Primal Scream have put him there today by sharing his previously unreleased remix of Shine Like Stars.

It was Weatherall’s root-and-branch reworking of I’m Losing More Than I’ll Ever Have which firmly set the direction of the Scream’s third studio album, and this more conventional take on Shine Like Stars is due to be a part of the 12” Singles Box collection which will be released September 17th.

That’ll be joined on the same date by the first ever double-vinyl picture disc version of the Mercury-winning record, while on October 15th the Demodelica collection will complete the triumvirate with early demos and unfinished mixes introduced by liner notes from Jon Savage.
