The Besnard Lakes’ next record is out on January 29th.
The Besnard Lakes have posted an official video for their wonderful Our Heads, Our Hearts On Fire Again single – a recent Live4ever Track Of The Week.
“The single started as an Oggy Film Song,” the band say. “A skeletal version of the song had been in the Besnard vault for several years after we initially rejected it for a film soundtrack.
“It went through a couple drafts before we tore it apart, rejiggered some parts and resurrected it to its new form. The song is an ode to logic and intuition and being able to learn from the past.”
Another preview of …Are The Last Of The Great Thunderstorm Warnings was also shared last month in the form of Feuds With Guns, while a three-date livestream series in conjunction with Noonchorus has also been announced, going out at 7pm EST on February 5th, March 6th and April 6th.
Planned too is a YouTube release party on the day their album comes out, when a fan Q&A is to be aired.
