Creedence Clearwater Revival’s Cosmo’s Factory album to get 50th anniversary reissue

Creedence Clearwater Revival’s magnum opus Cosmo’s Factory is to get a 50th anniversary reissue.

Opening with one of John Fogerty’s rarer longer jams, the classic early seventies sound of Ramble Tamble, Cosmo’s Factory also contains CCR staples such as Lookin’ Out My Back Door and Up Around The Bend, and closes with the affirming Long As I Can See The Light – fans are encouraged to contribute to a new, lockdown video for this one which is to be premiered next month.

This re-release is a ‘half speed’ version on 180-gram vinyl, helmed by engineer Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios and set for release on August 14th.
