David Bowie and his version of The Alabama Song has remained at number one on the UK Vinyl Singles Chart.

A quiet week for new entries does nevertheless include Andrew Weatherall’s Unknown Plunderer after the DJ and producer sadly passed away last month, while Noel Gallagher is back in the Top 20 with If Love Is The Law.




Aiming to acknowledge the last decade’s surge in vinyl sales, the Official Charts Company started dedicated vinyl album and singles charts in 2016, compiling this one from sales of 7″ and 12″ records.
