Noel Gallagher has premiered Wandering Star from his next High Flying Birds EP Blue Moon Rising.
Gallagher won’t quite fit in three EPs this year as once promised; Blue Moon Rising is to follow Black Star Dancing and This Is The Place on March 6th, 2020. It was another written in Abbey Road, he reveals, on the same day as Black Star Dancing.
Along side this and the title-track, the EP will also carry a third new song, Come On Outside, and Reflex Revision and 7″ mix versions of Blue Moon Rising.
The High Flying Birds are currently on a stadium tour of Australia and New Zealand in support of U2, and are due to play the Marvel Stadium in Melbourne tomorrow. Following that are appearances at the The Oval in Adelaide, the Sydney Cricket Ground and the Optus Stadium in Perth.
