Gaz Coombes will head back out on the road from October 8th for another round of UK and Irish tour dates.
He’s at the Manchester Academy on the 8th, and play another October gig in London before resuming in November at the Bath Komedia. Irish dates take place throughout December after which he returns to another Komedia venue, this time in Brighton, to end the run.
Coombes is responsible for one of this year’s undoubted highlights in the form ‘Matador‘, of which our review reads:
“The haunting, atmospheric ’22/20′, complete with trademark Gaz ‘ooohs’, is a forward-thinking effort with echoes of Radiohead, whilst retaining his distinguished songwriting hallmarks. It’s a sound dabbled with on the debut solo album ‘Gaz Coombes Presents: Here Comes The Bombs‘, but here it is fully realized.”
