Beady Eye have premiered the video for the first official single to be taken from their upcoming second album ‘BE‘. Check it out below.
The promo for ‘Second Bite Of The Apple‘ captures a dark, moody as-live performance from the band, who are preparing to release ‘BE’ next month. The follow-up to 2011’s ‘Different Gear, Still Speeding‘ was produced by Dave Sitek – a decision which has been lauded by frontman Liam Gallagher.
“Working with Sitek just opened something up in us,” he told Shortlist. “He’s without a doubt the best producer I’ve ever worked with, a real outlaw – he doesn’t give a fuck, no rules.”
“I love him: he’s an outlaw. He definitely didn’t come over to London to see the Queen, know what I mean? He came to make a good record. When people mention ‘experimenting’, the thing about that word, it makes it sound like they’re really fucking trying hard. But we didn’t really try that hard, man. We just laid it on the line.”
