The Twang will play two end of year shows in Birmingham as 2013 comes to a close with the band hard at work on a new album.
Having released the ‘10:20‘ LP almost exactly twelve months ago, The Twang are reported to be at the Yuck and Palma Violets cohort Rory Atwell’s Lightship95 studio in London recording a follow-up, and have premiered a video for one of the first tracks to emerge from those sessions – ‘The Wobble’ can be viewed below.
In addition, The Twang have added a second show at Birmingham’s Rainbow Warehouse venue for the 23rd of December to the previously announced concert a day earlier – more new material is promised at both gigs. Support on the first night comes from Warm Brains & Wide Eyed, while the Monday show’s back-up is provided by Jaws & The Grafham Water Sailing Club.
With the opening gig already sold out, tickets for the additional night are available now.
