The Fratellis will release their third album ‘We Need Medicine‘ on October 7th, the band have announced.
Bringing to an end a five-year interval since the release of their last studio effort ‘Here We Stand‘, the LP is preceded by the single ‘Seven Nights Seven Days‘ on September 29th and has had its artwork unveiled (pic), while the details of a UK tour, taking place throughout November, have also been confirmed.
The tour starts off in Bournemouth on November 17th, and includes a show at the Shepherds Bush Empire in London on the 24th.
A visit to the Glasgow Academy on November 29th will bring the tour to an end.
The trio embarked on an indefinite hiatus back in 2009, after which frontman Jon Fratelli launched a solo career which has included two full length albums and an EP.
