Courtney Love is working on an autobiography which is expected to be released next year, a press release has confirmed.
The press release suggests an uncompromising, tell-all story of the Hole frontwoman’s life is to be expected, detailing her ‘tumultuous marriage’ to the late Kurt Cobain, while also discussing other high profile celebrity relationships and giving accounts of her past battles with drug abuse.
“Here, for the first time, Love finally sets the record straight about their tumultuous marriage, her history of drug abuse and subsequent recovery, and her relationship with daughter, Frances Bean,” the press release reads.
“In addition to focusing on her career, she will also talk openly and candidly about her career in Hollywood, including highly-publicized relationships with Billy Corgan and Ed Norton.”
The book is as yet untitled, and will be issued through William Morrow, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers.
After a break of over ten years, Hole returned last year with the album ‘Nobody’s Daughter‘, their first since 1998’s ‘Celebrity Skin‘.
