The Yeah Yeah Yeahs will reissue their debut album Fever To Tell on October 20th.
This freshly remastered version is to be available in standard, limited edition, deluxe boxset, LP and digital deluxe, a previously unheard track entitled Shake It is up for grabs now as an instant grat. Full details are here.
“A friend of a friend kept asking if we were ever gonna put Fever to Tell out on vinyl as it hasn’t been on vinyl in 10 years,” the band said in a press release.
“That’s not right. So here it is on vinyl for the first time in 10 years plus a time capsule of photos, demos (1st ever recorded,) a mini film documenting our near downfall and other fun memorabilia, from the turn of the century NYC, made with love and the usual blood, sweat and tears of Yeah Yeah Yeahs.”
This release has persuaded the band to undertake some headline gigs which go with previously announced festival performances in California and Texas.
