Experimental rock band Animal Collective have today unveiled the video for their new track ‘Today’s Supernatural‘ after its imminent parent album ‘Centipede Hz‘ was premiered on their own online radio station earlier this week. The promo can be viewed via YouTube below.
‘Centipede Hz’ – Animal Collective’s ninth studio album – will be officially released on September 4th, and was preceded by the standalone, double A-side single entitled ‘Honeycomb/Gotham‘ on June 26th.
The record, their their first since 2009′s ‘Merriweather Post Pavilion‘, is set to be supported with a short run of UK dates later this year; Avey Tare, Panda Bear, Geologist and Deakin will first visit the London Roundhouse on November 4th, moving on to Vicar Street in Dublin on November 6th, before stops at the ABC in Glasgow on November 7th and Manchester’s Warehouse Project concert series a day later.
