Spring King have added a headline date at the London Scala on May 26th to their ongoing 2016 touring.
Having signed to Island Records and set up their new single ‘Rectifier’ for release as a limited edition 7” on March 25th, the band add the London gig to other shows this year which include support slots with Wolf Alice and Kaiser Chiefs.
We were witness to Tarek Musa and all supporting Slaves back in January – our review reads:
“Equality is evident amongst the band. Main singer, drummer and all-round polite man Tarek Musa is positioned up front with his teammates to form an orderly line on stage, a line giving off anything but orderly sounds. Bass-driven ‘City‘, jittery ‘Mumma‘ and latest single ‘Who Are You?‘ all crash and bounce out with sweltering intensity, despite the venue’s frigid January air.”
