The tour began at Nottingham Rock City on December 8th and had visited Norwich, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Dundee, Newcastle and Liverpool by the time it arrived in London on Saturday night.
Released right back at the start of this year, ‘Modern Nature’ has been widely praised as one of the strongest records of The Charlatans’ career, and was duly nominated for Independent Album Of The Year at August’s AIM Independent Music Awards.
It was shortlisted along side Bjork, Father John Misty, Ghostpoet, Jme, The Bug, The Xcerts, Wolf Alice and Young Fathers who all eventually lost out to the eventual winner, Enter Shikari‘s ‘The Mindsweep‘.
