After being made available exclusively on Apple Music earlier this week, a new video for The Beatles‘ White Album track Glass Onion has been given a wider release online, along with two other versions set to feature on the 1968 record’s 50th anniversary reissue.
Like While My Guitar Gently Weeps last month, the Esher demo version of Glass Onion and a later studio take have also been shared with this latest expanded edition of the Fab Four’s self-titled LP set for release on November 9th on various formats including deluxe 3CD.
“In remixing The White Album, we’ve tried to bring you as close as possible to The Beatles in the studio,” producer Giles Martin has written in his introduction to the new edition.
“We’ve peeled back the layers of the Glass Onion with the hope of immersing old and new listeners into one of the most diverse and inspiring albums ever made.”
