Little Comets have offered up more new material as they prepare to release their second EP of the year.
‘Salt‘ is leading the EP of the same name which is to be released on June 16th. Also included are ‘The Daily Grind‘, ‘Grow‘, an acoustic ‘Salt’ and the stunning acoustic version of ‘Little Italy‘ which premiered on Live4ever back in February and formed a part of the ‘Gentle‘ EP.
The last full length album from Little Comets came in 2012 as ‘Life Is Elsewhere‘ was named one of Live4ever’s essentials of that year. “The story of Little Comets then, is rather zany,” our review, which you can read in full here, states.
“But the reason they’re successful is obvious. The band themselves and the music they create, is the polar opposite: it’s serious. There is substance to their sound and at one point they’re joyous, the next taking on the most troubling of issues to man.”
