James will be joining Haçienda Classiçal in headlining the main Great Exhibition Stage at Liverpool’s brand new boutique festival Hope & Glory in August.
James are first up on the Saturday night, August 5th, while the 70-piece Haçienda Classiçal, which has been putting a fresh twist on eighties dancefloor anthems for a while now, will be joined by special guests Shaun Ryder, Bez and Tim Booth the following evening.
Other confirmed performers during the weekend include Badly Drawn Boy, Chris Helme, Public Service Broadcasting, Reverend & The Makers and The Shimmer Band, while there’ll also be spoken word performances, magic shows, comedy and acoustic acts across the city centre.
