Father John Misty, Feist and Future Islands have accepted The National‘s invitation to join their Homecoming event in Ohio later this year.
Explaining things more on their Facebook page, The National wrote:
“We are excited to announce the initial lineup for The National Homecoming taking place April 28-29 in our hometown of Cincinnati, OH. Joining us will be Father John Misty, Feist, Future Islands, The Breeders, Lord Huron, Julien Baker, Moses Sumney, Alvvays & Big Thief.”
“Taking place alongside Homecoming is Bryce Dessner’s MusicNOW Festival, April 27-29th. Initial details have been announced including performances by Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Mouse on Mars, Kristín Anna Valtýsdóttir, Crash Ensemble, Eighth Blackbird feat. Bonnie Prince Billy, Bryce Dessner & Aaron Dessner, James McVinnie and more. There will also be exhibitions by Ragnar Kjartansson & Graham Macindoe.”
The National themselves will be headlining both nights and have teased ‘two unique shows’, while more acts are awaiting announcement at a later date.
