The UK’s Official Charts Company is continuing to celebrate the launch of its new vinyl albums and singles charts today (April 13th) and has now unveiled the best selling albums on the format during the past ten years.
Noel Gallagher was earlier revealed to have both the top vinyl album and single so far this year thanks to ‘Chasing Yesterday‘ and ‘Ballad Of The Mighty I‘, and he features prominently too with the decade’s best sellers via re-releases of the Oasis classics ‘Definitely Maybe‘ and ‘(What’s The Story) Morning Glory?‘ – which are at #8 and #17 – while ‘Chasing Yesterday’ is already at #37.
The list is led by Arctic Monkeys‘ ‘AM‘, and Pink Floyd have two records in the Top 5 courtesy of ‘Dark Side Of The Moon‘ and ‘The Endless River‘.
