Mick Jagger has released two new solo tracks which appear to cast dim a view on post-Brexit Britain.
Gotta Get A Grip and England Lost have both been shared just after Keith Richards said there are also imminent plans for The Rolling Stones to head back into the studio. “Yes, yes, we are — very, very shortly,” he told Ultimate Classic Rock of their recording intentions.
“Cutting some new stuff and considering where to take it next. Blue & Lonesome caught us a little bit by surprise in that we figured it was something we had to do, but we didn’t expect the response.”
And in addition to all this new material talk, Jagger will be out on the road again with the Stones for European dates in September and October.
