Kevin Morby will be playing UK shows in June.
After the critical success of last year’s This Is A Photograph LP, Kevin Morby has announced the release of a companion piece with two new songs from it – This Is A Photograph II and Five Easy Pieces Revisited – streaming online now.
More Photographs (A Continuum) is to be made available digitally on May 26th, and Morby has said:
With every collection of songs I feel I have to cast them out of me before moving onto the next project, and here I knew that what I had begun with This Is A Photograph was not finished. Releasing this collection is me tying a bow on that time and place in my creative life.
The UK shows, meanwhile, are coming up at Manchester New Century, Bristol SWX and the London Roundhouse between June 5th-7th.
