Paul McCartney will release the DVD ‘Live Kisses‘, which captures the former Beatles star’s performance at Capitol Studios in Los Angeles on February 9th, 2012 – the 48th anniversary of the Fab Four’s world-changing first appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show.
The gig was recorded just a few hours after McCartney had been added to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and featured most of the team who had been involved with the production of Sir Paul’s ‘Kisses On The Bottom‘ album – which comprised various songs that inspired him as a child, along side two original compositions. It hit the Top 10 in both the UK and US upon its release earlier this year.
Amongst the tracks due to feature on ‘Live Kisses’ include ‘Home‘, ‘More I Cannot Wish You‘, ‘Always‘, ‘Bye Bye Blackbird‘ and ‘I’m Gonna Sit Right Down and Write Myself a Letter‘, while exclusive interview footage is also reported to be included.
