Spiritualized hit the UK Top 10 with their acclaimed third studio album.<\/span><\/h6>\n

Jason Pierce’s Spacemen Reissue Program<\/a> series will continue on September 10th with the release of a new version of Spiritualized’s blissed out, 1997 space-rock landmark Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This reissue chronologically follows Lazer Guided Melodies and Pure Phase, meaning next up is 2001\u2019s Let It Come Down. \u201cI like Pure Phase the best of these four records, but people still say Ladies and Gentlemen is where everything kind of came together,\u201d Pierce says.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m still astounded by both records, where they don\u2019t let up. There\u2019s no kind of curfew. Or no \u2018you can\u2019t stay on that section for that length of time.\u2019 They sit on where they arrive and stay there, and I found that kind of amazing.”<\/p>\n
