Interpol’s second album is 20.
Interpol are celebrating two decades of their Antics album with an expanded reissue.
Whilst their 2002 debut album Turn On The Bright Lights might remain the group’s crowning glory, their 2004 follow-up was the one which pitched them right into the commercial renaissance being enjoyed by so many guitar bands at that time, its singles Slow Hands, Evil and C’mere all receiving endless airtime in the UK particularly.
Added to the original tracklist for this occasion is the B-side Direction, while the performance at Palacio De Los Deportes in 2005 is now on there in full.
Meanwhile, Interpol are due back in the UK this coming November for a six-date tour.
