Finn Forster by Adam Marsden
Finn Forster follows up his spring EP ‘Embers’.
Finn Forster is streaming his new single Pablo, a story of reconnection with his childhood best friend: “Pablo is written about my best mate from Iran,” he’s explained.
We grew up together and then when he was 21 years old, he went home to visit his family and wasn’t able to return for almost 6 years. I thought he’d be away a couple of weeks and the song explores all of the emotions around not seeing my best mate for years, growing up and then us finally reconnecting once he got back. One day he literally just walked through my front door after 6 years, it was mad.
Meanwhile, a UK and Ireland tour which started this month at Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena in support of Bastille is due to continue at the Empire in Middlesbrough tomorrow night with further shows to come in Manchester and Dublin.
