Noel Gallagher’s special guests for the night will be Primal Scream.

Noel Gallagher has added a date at Royal Hospital Kilmainham in Dublin on August 27th to his outdoor summer touring.

Gigs including a first-ever concert at Wythenshawe Park in Manchester the night prior to this Dublin one will help to support the Oasis man’s forthcoming High Flying Birds album Council Skies.

“Daydreaming, looking up at the sky and wondering about what life could be…that’s as true to me now as it was in the early ‘90s,” he’s said of it.

“When I was growing up in poverty and unemployment, music took me out of that,” he says. “Top of the Pops on TV transformed your Thursday night into this fantasy world, and that’s what I think music should be. I want my music to be elevating and transforming in some way.”
